Overall not very comfortable. The room per seat - side to side and leg room - in economy is very limited. Compared to some other airlines the comfort is very mediocre. The announcements at the gate in Frankfurt left a lot to be desired in terms of timeliness. The TV screen in front of my seat was not responsive at all. All in all, a mediocre experience.
