When is the best time to fly to Leipzig?

With so much to offer visitors every month of the year, Leipzig is the ideal place for winter getaways or summer holidays.

Getting around Leipzig

Thanks to the compact layout of the city, getting around Leipzig is best done on foot. Most of the major sightseeing attractions can be found in close proximity to each other but if your feet begin to tire you could consider renting a bike to enjoy the city as the locals do. Alternatively, the efficient public transportation system will help you take the weight off your feet if you plan to travel further out -with regular bus and train services you can easily make the most of your time here.
