A friendly taxi driver will be more than willing to take you to famous landmarks, shopping malls, parks, cafes and restaurants.
Travelling to the city from the airport
It’s about a 30-minute journey from Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH) to the city centre. There are a number of public transport options available, the cheapest of which is by bus. Many hotels do provide their guests with free inter-terminal shuttle services. There’s also car hire 24 hours a day which can be arranged at the airport.
