TRV - DOH

Crew is courteous, but the flight was late from Boston and to Boston. We missed our connection going from Boston to Thiruvananthapuram and the way they took care of it was poor. Coming back the flight was delayed with no good reason given. They also broke my luggage and I plan to ask for reimbursement.
