One of the stewardesses, older with black hair, was far and above the most professional, very helpful and highly enthusiastic air steward I have ever experienced. She clearly cared about each and every passenger and nothing was too much trouble. When asking customers to become ready for landing, her manner of asking to straighten chairs, return trays and stop using laptops was so polite and non-threatening; she was a delight to watch working. She has a short 3 or 4 letter name, I think, but can’t remember her name. Rex flight on Sunday 9/7 @ 11:45 am Gold Coast to Melbourne
