We did not get on the flight, there was no staff available to check in our bags. Everyone we spoke to was rude and abnoxious at Brisbane airport. The only people were lovely and helpful were the volunteers in the blue shirts who tried to direct us in the right direction. We finally got on a flight and still had to pay for it.
