Baggage had problems going and coming back. My husband's golf clubs were left in Honolulu on the way to Auckland, and they made no attempt to get it there for 3 days, after which we had already left on our cruise (which involved golfing). We had to make arrangements on our own to get them picked up in Auckland and delivered to our next port. On our return, the flight landed at 8:30 pm, but our luggage did not show up at baggage until 10 pm (90 minutes). Evidently, there was a problem with a stuck cargo door, but no one bothered to explain that to us (many people were waiting). That was very frustrating!
