The two women who worked in this area were horrible, especially the one with the accent. On the other hand, the gentleman who worked in this area was better to deal with. I thought that I was always greeted with boredom and disinterest. These people really need to be trained on basic common courtesy and professional couttesy!
I did not like going to this place of business because of the true lack of professional courtesy. I felt like I was a burden to them just trying to get my car that was already on reservation. I have recently rented a car from Avis/Budget and the gentleman at the desk was fantastic. He was extremely friendly and worked with me over the price quoted to me on the general phone line. This person made you feel appreciated that you were renting a car from him. No one at Hertz ever made me feel this way or work with me. Maybe the Hertz employees needs to be trained by this gentleman at Avis!!!!
