My Experience was not a good experience with Budget this was my first and last time renting with them . I was given a 12 passenger van that should’ve never left the lot . The passenger rear tire was a mess , and I hadn’t realized until I was in route to my destination i stopped several times to put air in that tire , and on the last time of filling the tire it exploded and burst my nephew’s eardrum. Which was very unsafe and scary seeing blood come out of his ear. When I returned the vehicle at the end of my trip the man at the front desk of the 101 west fayette location was no help .

I DID NOT LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I never finalized the rental. I hate their policy. I hate I paid ahead of time. I LOOK FORWARD FOR MY FULL REFUND. I left there HIGHLY UPSET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND NO CAR......... The staff were not professional, and the place was dirty inside.

Their policy NEEDS a lot of improvement. The process was a long, drawn out ridiculous MESS!!!!! I felt like I was being FORCED to add collision to my insurance policy, just to rent a vehicle. I have Liability on my personal vehicle. I was NOT gonna pay more money, just to rent a vehicle for the weekend. I EXPECT MY REFUND, AND PROMISE NOT TO EVER DEAL WITH Next car, AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Perhaps a little faster service, we waited over a half hour just to start paperwork, there was also a high maintenance customer slowing up the line
