Supposed to leave at 545am. Got all boarded on plane. Then mechanical issue. Then we all unboarded. Crew said we should be back on plane shortly then that turned into delayed till 830am. Then that turned into we are not sure. Plane can’t be fixed. Then that turned into delayed till 230pm. Then that turned into 315pm. Then that turned into 330pm. (All of this happening while switching us to 3 different gates and giving us zero updates, if you would go up to gate and ask questions or question the delays. The gate agents would just say if you have issues call the 1800number. They you would sit on hold for about 45 min. Then 1800 people would say the local gate people should have the most up to date info. Worst customer service I have ever had. Finally ended up taking off at 4pm for a 545am flight. Crazy.
