Honda Hires in Adelaide

I didn’t know the office was closed on Sunday evening so we had to make our way to the Airport.

At the service desk there was an extra charge of $10 per day for an additional driver. Annoying considering my partner was the only one who drove the car but because the booking was under my name and card we had to pay it.

Car had not been cleaned. Remote lock/unlock not working intermittently.

Rates higher than previously

staff at Airport were quite abrupt and rude

I had booked an SUV, but on arrival was offered a Camry Hybrid instead. After explaining my husband would have difficulty getting in and out of a sedan, I was then offered a Mitsubishi SUV. Staff were professional. The car was clean, performed well with no issues. I was, however, a little peeved that I was charged over $23 international transaction fees by my credit card provider for the payment I made when booking the car online.

Service was good. Nice staffs.

The car had a surface clean. When we opened the boot or doors, the insides were really dusty.

I booked the car using kayak, which was good! The car was good too, however Europcar has charged me for the car (which I had already paid for) and the fuel (which we filled full tank while returning) out of my deposit. I have personally gone to their store in Adelaide city and spoken about it, they asked me to call and e-mail customer care which I did. I have provided proof of my payments and haven't heard back from them yet!
