I booked this car rental for pick up at the SeaTac airport. Once I arrived, there was no rental waiting for me even though I prepaid for it. Turns out, this website booked it for the hertz in NORTHERN SEATTLE. And since my flight was delayed, I had a half an hour to get to northern seattle to pick up the car I paid for before they closed. Not to mention I had my 4 kids and husband with me. We were then stuck between a rock and a hard place, so we had to rent another car. Once trying to get a refund because of the mess up, I was told since it was after the scheduled pickup I couldn’t cancel or get my money back. We will NEVER use this website ever again. Especially for car rentals. $1000 f up.

We had a great experience. The employee at pick up was great and helpful. We were able to drop off the car at the airport location for a small fee. That procedure was a little confusing and chaotic but we got through it fine.

Hertz told me they’d pick me up from and drop me off at the airport. When I called to request a pick up, they told me to Uber. My Uber rides were more expensive than my daily rental.

Gas was 7/8 full at pick up. Took at least an hour of phone calls to reach someone and get approval to return with 7/8 of a tank. Was still charged >$20 for not returning with a full tank. Now I have to spend more time to get this resolved!

The rental agent was awful, I had a car prebooked, at a pre paid rate, he tried to raise the rate by over 500 dollars. We rented a car from a much more ethical company and walked away from the pre paid rental with hertz because it was such a horrid experience

The staff were very friendly and more than happy to work with you. Being from out of state there were some difficulties but they were instrumental in making them easy to deal and smooth.

When I was looking through the car there were fries and pringles under the seat. I do think a little more transparency about fees and processes would have been nice, however, the fault is on both sides as I did not explicitly say I was from out of state when they called to confirm.

unfortunately , they never contacted me to tell me they did not have cars available for me until I get to the rent a car place and told me they could not call me because they did not have my phone number, NOT TRUE.

Very friendly staff.

I reserved a small economy vehicle, which wasn’t available at time of pick up, so I was given a minivan, which isn’t much of an upgrade at all. Nonetheless, I was not charged more. The minivan was not the cleanest inside. It had less than a quarter of gas at time of pickup. Thankfully, I was not required to return with a full tank. Rental seemed expensive for a rather inefficient and ugly vehicle for my short trip.

The staff was very helpful and patient. And very Thorough!It’s a company where I walk into and felt really comfortable,I didn’t feel like I have to put my defense up or anything.Great staff they didn’t awesome job very professional!

I honestly didn’t see anything else that they could have done better.Yes the only thing I can say about the company there in a private maybe find a bigger area for the business.

Can you please they gave me an SUV in the middle of a winter storm warning with frozen washer fluid lines, not to mention once the lines unfroze after 4 hours of driving, I had to fill the washer fluid. That is crazy, not to mention VERY DANGEROUS!!!

Like: Easy website experience (via Costco). Kudos to the friendly staff at Avia (Kent location). Nice vehicles. Easy pickup and convenient drop box for after hours returns. Can be Better: Make it easier to find the nearby off airport options. The rental rates varied significantly between on-airport and nearby off-airport locations. Had to shop around to find the off airport rate.

The downtown location at Avis was great. When I did not realized that I booked it for downtown, I went to the airport location. The staff person there was not that helpful and seemed irritated that came to the wrong place by accident

The vehicle was comfortable and easy to drive.

It was unclear that the pick-up location was not at the airport but 30 minutes north. When trying to call that location, it always went to the operator which was not helpful.
