The staff at the office on Broadway were helpful and courteous. The customer support folks on the phone were unhelpful and, sadly, a terrible experience. My partner was crying in frustration. That bad. The car was clean on the outside, but bug spattered on the outside. Trying to change the credit card used was impossible over the phone.
The way you charge for extras is a poor experience. The pack of flexibility around rental changes is difficult. I rent cars on the regular for work and hertz is always my last choice. It’s always a poor experience. I swore again after this last rental that I’d never do hertz again.
